  Personal Trainer

The responsibility of the Personal Trainer is to teach proper form and technique and to help motivate individuals looking to start or improve their fitness program.  Personal Trainers are responsible for ensuring that all new members receive their introductory consultations through our FIT orientation program, then getting them involved in a lifestyle change through proper resistance training, proper nutrition, cardiovascular training, supplementation, and your professional assistance.  Personal Trainers have the opportunity to advance into Assistant Fitness Manager and Fitness Manager positions.

 

Prior national certification or degree is preferred, however, 24 Hour Fitness will certify qualified* candidates in our in-house Personal Training Solutions Certification program, created by top industry professionals.

 REQUIREMENTS

? Previous hands on personal training and sales experience is a plus

? Current CPR certification

? Current Personal Trainer certification is preferred

? Bachelor?s Degree in a health related field is preferred but not required

? High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

? Must be 18 years of age or older

 * Pre-Certification Exam required before hire, and enrollment into our Certification program
