  Must possess the ability to close 80% of sales telephone inquiries with questions for membership.  Must have a high level of skill and experience in controlling guests in the sales process at the front desk, with a friendly and firm attitude.  Must follow and enforce rules with a friendly firm attitude.  Must be able to take complaints and turn it into a positive.  Coachable and trainable to our stringent principle, rules and code of ethics, and have a passion for fitness.

 

  Strong computer skills and administrative background.  Some collections work.  All perspective new hires will furnish three strong references and pass a background check.  You will be required to memorize and pass a sales telephone inquire verbatim and use it daily in your job.  If you are looking for a career and, love to stay busy and you fit his description and you want to be challenged please call or email.
