Waste Management is now seeking well-trained, highly motivated, journey level professionals to perform complete repairs of brakes, clutches, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, preventive maintenance inspections and welding repairs on our world-class fleet.

 

The right candidates will have: At least 1 year of fleet truck maintenance experience. Our mechanics are also expected to complete 3 or more ASE certifications toward the Master Technician Heavy Duty Certification within 18 months of hiring.

 

Our mechanics, working under limited supervision, perform preventative maintenance, run inspections and diagnostics tests, and repair a variety of vehicles and equipment.
